Judah emphasizes using a yin/yang principle, combining Structural Integration and Craniosacral therapy, to open the body from the core out. As a therapist, I like structural integration work because of the profound changes I see in my clients in terms of range of motion, pain resolution and newfound body awareness. I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning advanced bodywork.
